NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 25, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-3605 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 am on the 24 day of April, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. B-402, POINTE ROYALE CONDOMINIUM-B, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 1742, Page 4745, and as subsequently amended, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
