NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on April 22, 2013, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 70, SUNCOAST ESTATES, unrecorded Subdivision as filed in Official Records Book 32, Pages 525 thru 528, Lee County, Records, described as follows: From the SW corner of Section 25, Township 43 South, Range 24 East, run N 88 degrees 16'39” E along the S line of Section 25, 1351.13'; thence N 1 degree 51'31” W 2478.20' to the P.O.B.; thence N 1 degree 51'31” W 165' N 88 degrees 08'29” E 305.0'; S 1 degree 51'31” E 165'; S 88 degrees 08'29” W 305.0' to the P.O.B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
