NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 22 day of April, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 296, CAPE CORAL UNIT 8, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 13, Pages 1 through 6, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
