BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JUANA SEGURA; OLEGARIO SEGURA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 22 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 15, UNIT 5, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
