NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 2, 2007 in Civil Case No. 07-CA-001920, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH JAY MACE; JOHN DOE N/K/A DAVID WRIGHT; JANE DOE N/K/A MARGARET MOMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on April 22, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 145 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH ALONG THE SAME LINE 135 FEET; THENCE WEST AT RIGHT ANGLES A DISTANCE OF 305 FEET TO THE EASTERLY SIDE OF WOODBRIAR DRIVE;THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 135 FEET;THENCE EAST AT RIGHT ANGLES A DISTANCE OF 305 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
