LOT 14, BLOCK 87, UNIT 13, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
