NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-054941 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF KATHERINE M. FISHER, DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEE OF KATHERINE M. FISHER, DECEASED, KAREN ANN CARTWRIGHT, UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE KATHERINE M. FISHER REVOCABLE TRUST, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KATHERINE M. FISHER REVOCABLE TRUST, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 22 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND SOUTH TEN FEET OF LOT 9, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 11, BLOCK “B” OF H.B. BLANK'S ADDITION TO PINEHURST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
