NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed March 22, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2008 CA 019855, I, LINDA DOGGETT, Circuit Court Clerk, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on April 24, 2013, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 24, PALMLEE PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 1 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
