Allen and Chonntelle Allen, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on April 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 64 AND 65, BLOCK 3095, UNIT 62, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 21 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
