O'Neill a/k/a Michael O'Neill a/k/a Mike O'Neill and Sandra O'Neill, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on April 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 2593, UNIT 37, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 15 THROUGH 29, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
