NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-055355 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest to Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and William E. Grey and Jeanette Grey and Kristina M. Grey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on April 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT A-207, ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1541, PAGE 679, AND AS AMENDED, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1546, PAGE 2199, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
