NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-054964 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST LEROY MARCANO, DECEASED; THERESA THOMPSON; THERESA ANN MARCANO A/K/A THERESA A. THOMPSON AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF LEROY MARCANO, DECEASED; LESLIE ANN MARCANO AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF LEROY MARCANO, DECEASED; SHERIL D. MARCANO A/K/A SHERIL D. NEAT, GUARDIAN FOR CHELAH MARCANO, A MINOR CHILD AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF LEROY MARCANO, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 22 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
