VOLLBERG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DONALD M. VOLLBERG are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
