NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 19, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-055810 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and ARUL MANOHARAN; BRIDGET LEONS-MANOHARAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HEALTHPARK FLORIDA PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAIL HARBOUR AT HEALTHPARK HOMEOWNERS' SUB-ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
