Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff filed in this cause on March 22, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 1004, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 24, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 63 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE.
and commonly known as: 302 SE15TH CT, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on April 24, 2013 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
