Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 24 day of April, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 9, TERRA PALMA, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 92, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
