NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 22, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-051540 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and THERESA A. BREEN A/K/A THERESA BREEN; THELMA MURTAUGH; KENNETH R. HARDIN; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The following described land, situate, and being in the County of Lee, State of Florida, to wit:

Commencing at the NE Corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida; Thence along the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 36, Southerly 483.19 feet for the place of beginning of the parcel herein described;
Thence continuing along the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 36, Southerly 50.00 feet; Thence parallel with the South line of said Section 36, Westerly deflecting 89Ëš 42'30” to the right, 135.00 feet; Thence parallel with the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 36, Northerly deflecting 90Ëš 17'30” to the right, 50.00 feet; Thence parallel with the South line of said Section 36, Easterly deflecting 89Ëš 42'30” to the right, 135.00 feet to the place of beginning, being a part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 36, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida. Known as Lot 10, Imperial Gates, an unrecorded Subdivision.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
