CAMPEAU A/K/A KIM MARIE CAMPEAU; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIM M. CAMPEAU A/K/A KIM MARIE CAMPEAU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; ISLAND PARK WOODS, UNIT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ISLAND PARK WOODS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 144 OF ISLAND PARK WOODS, UNIT 11, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1721, PAGES 2476 THROUGH 2566, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1818, PAGE 1561, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1834, PAGE 1224, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1837, PAGE 1757, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1838, PAGE 3142, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2034, PAGE 1552 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2043, PAGE 1167, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
