FAUBERT; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER R. FAUBERT N/K/A BRONWEN FAUBERT; CENTRAL PARK A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SUMMER WILLIAMS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/23/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
