FLEUR; WETHERBEE ROAD ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE PARCEL I COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE PARCELS 1 AND 6 MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/27/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
