NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 28, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-004020-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC1, is the Plaintiff and WAYNE R. SKIPPINGS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE R. SKIPPINGS; ANITA L. JOHNSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STURBRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/27/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
