NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 10, 2013 in Civil Case No.:48-2011-CA-003391-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, TARA BOODHAI; GRACE AYHENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARA BOODHAI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRACE AYHENS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 14, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
