NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2013 in the above action, the Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Orange, Florida, on May 16, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes for the following described property:
Lot 30 in Block 6, of WYNDHAM LAKES ESTATES, UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 20, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
