NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-000010-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 20th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113 SOUTHCHASE UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 116-118 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
