NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of April, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-17437, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2004RS3 is the Plaintiff and MOHAMMED REDA SOODI, SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, RENEE ROSSER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of June 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 141 AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 142, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK G, PAGE 110, PUBLIC RECORDS ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
