NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated, and entered in Case No. 2012-1079-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein RIVERHOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARIA SVIROVSKY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA SVIROVSKY are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com , at 11:00 AM, on the 30 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 183, RIVERHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 419, Page 632 and as amended in O.R. Book 467, Page 942, and O.R. Book 562, Page 1197 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 21A through 21K, inclusive, and amendments thereto recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 41A and 41B, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
A/K/A: 78 Boundary Boulevard, Unit 183, Bldg. C, Rotonda West, FL 33947
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
