NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1003368CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and MARTHA L. QUINONES-HOLBRECHTS A/K/A MARTHA L. QUINONS-HOLBRECHTS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the lobby, 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 148, BLOCK B, HERITAGE GREENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 78 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
