NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-323-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Veranda I at Heritage Bay Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Robert J. Patteri is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said order of Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 211, IN BUILDING NO. 2, OF VERANDA 1, AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4076, AT PAGE 542, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10210 Heritage Bay Blvd, Unit 211, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
