BROCK, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will, on the 20 day of May, 2013, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in Collier County, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for CASH the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 8A, EDGEMONT OFFICE PARK CONDOMINIUM, PHASE NO. 8, A CONDOMINIUM ACCCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2659, PAGE 918, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
