Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on April 22, 2013, in Case No. 08-6575-CA in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which Brian Merlo; Unknown Spouse of Brian Merlo; John Doe and Jane Doe are defendants, on May 20, 2013, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a foreclosure sale conducted at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT 414, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGES 4006 THROUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

1 On April 4, 2013, this Court entered an Order Substituting Party Plaintiff from Aurora Loan Services LLC to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
