Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on May 22, 2013, at 11:00 am in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 123 World Tennis Center No. II, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Records Book 1215, Page 1868, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
