NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2013, in Case No. 11-CA-02263 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Patricia C. Williamson, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 20 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-101, OF BEAU CHENE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1377, PAGE 1332, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION.

TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GARAGE NO. G-44, A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT, APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
