NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 18 day of March, 2013, in Civil Action No. 12-CC-001680, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MELVYN BURTON, SUSAN BURTON and GLEN EAGLE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC., are the Defendants, and STERLING GREENS I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of May, 2013, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 2404, Building 2, STERLING GREENS I a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3571, Page 877, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
