NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004078 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and WYATT D. RASH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WYATT D. RASH N/K/A DONNA MARIE RASH; GOLF ENTERPRISES, INC., A KANSAS CORPORATION; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREENLINKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREENLINKS IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A GREG JACOBS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 814, GREENLINKS IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3985, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
