SOROFMAN; CATHRYN E. SOROFMAN; LAGUNA AT VENETA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
