NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-010122 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Dorothy A. Estes and Jeff Allen Estes and Gertrude B. Harden are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on May 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, OF WILDCAT COVE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 28 AND 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
