NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002229 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005RS1 was the Plaintiff and ERIK TAMAYO, ET AL. the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 202, OF MAINSAIL IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED NOVEMBER 7, 1990, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IF ANY, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1571, PAGES 165 THROUGH 260, INCLUSIVE, ; PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
