Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012 and entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-347 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE MAJORS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Dante Ragasa and Corazon Ragasa are the Defendants, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 105, The Majors Phase Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, pages 82 through 86, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
