Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 001632, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff, and EDWARD A. MILLER, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 27th day of June, 2013.
