NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non Jury Trial of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-004693-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, Dwight E. Brock Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 22 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK “B”, NAPLES VILLAS F/K/A ROCK CREEK HARBOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
