NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgement of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs, dated April 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-1560 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County Florida, wherein CANTERBURY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Rolande Rosine, Unknown Spouse of Rolande Rosine, Patricia Rosine, Unknown Spouse of Patricia Rosine and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said known parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or any other person claiming by, through, under, or against and corporation or other legal entity named as defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under the above named or described defendants, are the Defendants, I, the undersigned, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will, on the 22 day of May, 2013 , at 11:00 o'clock A.M., at the COLLIER COUNTY: Collier County Courthouse Third Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, 34122, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. N-201, Canterbury Village, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common element appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 1399, Pages 576 through 645, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and subsequent amendments thereto, and more commonly known as 1378 Churchill Circle, Unit N-201, Naples, Florida 34116.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
