NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002434 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and John C. Kujbida, Abaco Bay Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Susan Zamora, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT I-2 OF ABACO BAY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 3764, PAGE 850, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
