NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 22 day of May, 2013, at 11am Collier County Courthouse on the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT 307-E OF COUNTRY CLUB MANOR, UNIT E, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 604 AT PAGE 1110 THROUGH 1148, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES AS TO THE APARTMENT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH APARTMENT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
