NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-2585-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein VILLAGES AT STELLA MARIS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION 2600, INC. is Plaintiff, and CRISTIANE SANDERS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRISTIANE SANDERS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 2605, VILLAGES AT STELLA MARIS CONDOMINIUM 2600, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4127, Page 3241, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
