HEIER SR. A/K/A CHRISTOPHER A. HEIER; CHRISTINE M C HEIER; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
