NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005798, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6, is Plaintiff and JOHN W. PURDY; CYNTHIA C. PURDY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CAPITAL ONE HOME LOANS, LLC; PALMETTO POINT CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 881 AND ALL OF LOTS 882 AND 883, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 124 THROUGH 127, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
