NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003541 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES B. MACGREGOR A/K/A JAMES MACGREGOR; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM; HELEN F. MACGREGOR A/K/A HELEN MACGREGOR; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10490, 10491 AND THE NORTHEASTERLY 21 FEET OF LOT 10492, SOUTH VENICE UNIT 39, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
