The Northeasterly 8.90 feet of Lot 13, Block 22, and the Southwesterly 7.40 feet of Lot 1, block 24, together with that portion of vacated Edwards Street immediately adjacent thereto, all being part of Bay Vista Boulevard Section of Englewood, as recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 217 and 218, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
