in regards to the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 44, THE VILLAGE AT EAGLE POINT, a subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 20 and 20A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Lien Foreclosure action has been filed against you and you required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it to: SHARON S. VANDER WULP, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is: 712 Shamrock Blvd., Venice, FL 34293, on or before June 4, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, as listed below, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service of Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
