NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014301 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and J. Thomas Nay, a/k/a Thomas Nay; Unknown Spouse of J. Thomas Nay, a/k/a Thomas Nay; Midnight Pass Properties, Inc., d/b/a Bay Oaks Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit B-41 BAY OAKS , a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1067, page 620 as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 8, pages 30, 30A and 30B Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
